Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sports journey at age 14. She was trained in boxing, kickboxing wrestling and BJJ before making her amateur debut at age 18 in WCFC against Jaimee Nievera. Ladd took advantage of this win and then went on to a three-fight win streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents in the opening round in all the fights. In the following weeks she took on WCFC for the second time and defeated Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen took on Silvia Babaeghian, and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9. Cynthia outclassed Aspen and beat her in a unanimity to create the blemish on Aspen's amateur record. Ladd recovered from this loss to win against Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-one. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015, and was signed by Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta Fc 11 she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the first round, via a TKO. Aspen won her subsequent fight in the ring against Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission. Aspen then fought at Bantamweight for her next fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen took on McGill through her grappling and eventually defeated her in the third round with a TKO. In the following fight, she took on Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18. She weighed catchweight(138.1lb) since Ladd did not reach her weight, but Aspen was a dominant Hoy and finished her in the 2nd round by TKO. At Invicta FC 21, she had her last event for the company. She beat Sijaraebanks with a majority decision. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut in UFC Fight Night 118 in the fight against Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina with a ground and pound victory during the 2nd Round. She remained dominant and scored an even impressive win in her next bout against Tonya Evinger. The fight was at UFC 229. Ladd defeated Evinger with a punch during the first round. She also earned a Performance of the Night bonus. The first big fight she fought in was during her subsequent fight in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. Both fighters put on a battle of back and forth that ended with Ladd taking a unanimous win and both fighters earning the Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie put an end to Ladd's winning streak within only 16 seconds. After a short break her return to the ring and finished Yana Kunizkaya of the UFC in their ESPN 7 third-round fight. She was replaced by was able to take on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight ended in an unanimous decision.
